Priti encourages Witham constituents to take part in Greater Anglia Timetable Consultation
Greater Anglia has recently launched a consultation about proposed changes to its timetable due to be introduced in December 2021. The consultation document, which provides a summary of the proposed changes, and details of how to respond to the consultation can be found at:
As part of this consultation, Greater Anglia is also proposing to operate a Witham to Braintree shuttle service during off-peak periods, with direct trains to/from London only at peak times. The operator has proposed this plan in response to previous customer and stakeholder feedback asking for a more consistent service on the Braintree branch line.
The consultation is now open and will close on Friday 12 February 2021.
