St. Peter’s Hospital consultation extended

Residents now have an extra two weeks to respond to the public consultation on St. Peter’s Hospital, Maldon. NHS Mid and South Essex has extended the consultation on proposed changes to community hospitals until April 4, 2024, to allow more people to give their views.

Priti said: “I am pleased that the NHS has listened to the calls for an extension from myself and Sir John Whittingdale MP for Maldon. John and I are clear that we want health services to remain in the Maldon district area.”
