Standing up for funding for Witham

Recently, Witham’s MP Priti Patel stood up for better funding for local councils in the Witham constituency. Local councils provide vital services everyday. From bin collections to highway repairs and social care services for adults and children with the most complex needs. They provide the frontline services that many people rely on. Later this month the Government will be announcing the funding settlement for local councils and with them facing rising costs and pressures, Priti is determined to keep on pressing ministers to provide our local councils with the money they need.
